The location of this villa allows you to stay by car, only 5 minutes from Calheta beach, 25 minutes from Funchal city and 45 minutes from Madeira airport.

The villa:

The villa was designed to make the most of natural light as well as providing a breathtaking view from any of the points of the house, from the bedrooms, kitchen, living room and even bathrooms. The 350m2 of construction area distributed across two floors and the 1058m2 of implementation area make the areas of the villa large, making it easier to move indoors and outdoors.

Outside the villa features an infinity pool, a large garden, a barbecue and a garage for 2 or more cars.

Outdoor sound system: The pool and garden are supported with speakers to listen to your favorite music.

Internet Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi Internet coverage throughout the house for free.

All blinds in the villa are electric and controlled by remote control.

Equipped with a corner sofa with bed and sleeps 6 people; Samsung 4K Smart TV 49” Curve, to watch your favorite movies.

Bedrooms:

The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, the latter being possible to turn the latter into a double bed), all bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi internet, with a private bathroom and outdoor access.

– Main Suite: Double bed, large closet, private bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and direct access to the pool and garden.

– Secondary Suite: Double bed, wardrobe, private bathroom (with shower/bath) and outdoor access.

Double Bedroom: 2 single beds / 1 double bed, wardrobe, private bathroom (with shower) and outdoor access.

All rooms are equipped with fresh bedding, ready for your arrival.

All bathrooms are equipped with bath towels, shampoo and shower gel.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, 4 ring induction stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, American fridge/ freezer with ice and cold water, glasses, cutlery, etc. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron with a boiler and ironing board is also available.

The villa is stocked with all the essentials such as: tea, coffee, Nescafé coffee, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, barbecue firewood, charcoal, toilet paper, detergents, etc,

Note about cleanliness: If the stay is longer than 7 days, a cleaning and linens are changed in the middle of your stay, free of charge.

Note about any damages to the villa: We believe our clients use our home as if it were their own, with great care. However, in case of damage, we charge 75% of the amount of the possible damage / equipment and this notification must be reported on the same day.
